Horticulture Supervisor

The successful Supervisor will have excellent Horticulture skills as well as the ability to teach crews, complete management projects, assist with sales and develop successful relationships with clients and employees. Horticulture Certificates or Degrees with knowledge of diseases and insects preferred.

Horticulture Foremen

Knowledge of Horticulture & Gardening. Ability to successfully conduct crews in the field. Teach crews and develop relationships with employees and clients.

Construction Foremen

Knowledge of the different aspects of Landscape Construction, such as planting, tear downs, builds and masonry. Ability to successfully conduct crews in the field and operate machinery (Bobcats etc.) Teach crews and develop relationships with employees and clients.

Nursery / Plant Procurement Manager

We are experiencing tremendous growth and are currently seeking a talented, motivated and organized Nursery Maintenance/Plant Procurement Manager.  Career minded individual(s) needed for our progressive design/build firm. Three C's will fill this opportunity with one person that possesses experiences in both aspects of the position or with two individuals that will share the responsibilities of 1) Nursery Maintenance and 2) Plant Procurement/Purchasing. Strong Horticulture/plant material knowledge and the ability to perform the physical duties within the Nursery environment are required for both aspects of this position. Nursery maintenance experience is required to perform daily tasks and preserve the overall well being of the Nursery. Plant Procurement/Purchasing experience and knowledge of local Nurseries is necessary to perform the tasks associated with obtaining the proper plant material. Turf Maintenance Foremen

Knowledge of Lawn cutting machines, blowers, edgers and trimmers. Ability to successfully conduct crews in the field. Teach crews and develop relationships with employees and clients.

Forestry / Tree Climber

Seeking an experienced Foreman/Crew Leader for the expanding Tree Division. Tree climbing, tower truck operation and crew supervision.

General Labor / Assistants (All Divisions)

Experience in any aspect of landscaping (Lawn Cutting, Gardening, Construction and Irrigation) Must be able to learn and grasp knowledge quickly and apply that knowledge in the field.
